These Terms of Use establish the general rules and conditions for using the In My Pray app and platform, operated by HEXA LUMEN LTDA, registered with CNPJ/MF under nº 63.534.059/0001-80.

By accessing or using our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you should not use our services.

We recommend carefully reading this document before starting to use the app.

1. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

By creating an account, accessing or using the In My Pray app, you agree to these Terms of Use, our Privacy Policy and other applicable policies.

If you are using our services on behalf of a religious organization, prayer group or any other entity, you declare that you have authorization to bind such entity to these terms.

These terms may be updated periodically. Continued use of the services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

2. SERVICE DESCRIPTION

In My Pray is a digital platform that connects people through prayer and faith, offering:

• Sending and receiving prayer requests
• Participation in prayer groups and religious communities
• Connection with other people of faith
• Access to daily religious content
• Recording of personal and community prayer intentions
• Statistics and tracking of prayer life

We reserve the right to modify, suspend or discontinue any service functionality at any time, with or without prior notice.

3. REGISTRATION AND USER ACCOUNT

3.1. Registration Requirements

To use In My Pray, you must:

• Be at least 13 years old (users under 18 must have authorization from parents or guardians)
• Provide true, accurate and updated information
• Maintain the security of your password and access information
• Not share your account with third parties

3.2. Account Responsibility

You are responsible for all activities carried out on your account and must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

In My Pray is not responsible for losses resulting from unauthorized use of your account.

3.3. Social Authentication

By using authentication through social networks (Google, Apple, Facebook), you authorize access to basic profile information necessary for the service to function.

4. ACCEPTABLE USE AND CONDUCT

4.1. Expected Behavior

In My Pray is a faith community based on mutual respect. We expect you to:

• Treat other users with respect, compassion and charity
• Share appropriate and edifying content
• Respect different religious traditions and denominations
• Use the platform for legitimate purposes of prayer and strengthening faith
• Maintain confidentiality of intentions shared by others

4.2. Prohibited Conduct

It is expressly prohibited to use In My Pray to:

• Publish offensive, defamatory, discriminatory content or that incites hatred
• Harass, intimidate or threaten other users
• Share violent, pornographic or inappropriate content
• Engage in aggressive proselytism or disrespect other religions
• Request money or promote fraudulent schemes
• Violate third-party intellectual property rights
• Attempt to access restricted areas of the system or compromise its security
• Use bots, scripts or other automated tools
• Collect data from other users without authorization
• Impersonate other people or entities
• Promote unauthorized products, services or commercial activities

Warning: Serious or repeated violations of these rules may result in suspension or permanent deletion of your account.

5. USER CONTENT

5.1. Content Ownership

You retain ownership of all content you publish on In My Pray (texts, photos, prayer requests, etc.).

By publishing content, you grant In My Pray a worldwide, non-exclusive, transferable, sublicensable and royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate and distribute your content in any media, exclusively for the operation and improvement of our services.

5.2. Content Responsibility

You are responsible for the content you publish and declare that:

• You have all necessary rights over the shared content
• The content does not violate third-party rights
• The content is in compliance with these Terms of Use

5.3. Content Moderation

We reserve the right to review, moderate, edit or remove any content that violates these terms or is considered inappropriate, at our sole discretion.

We are not obligated to monitor all published content, but we will do our best to maintain a safe and respectful environment.

6. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content made available by In My Pray, including but not limited to texts, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, data compilations and software, is the exclusive property of HEXA LUMEN LTDA or its licensors and is protected by Brazilian and international intellectual property laws.

It is prohibited to copy, reproduce, distribute, transmit, display, sell, license or exploit any content from In My Pray for any purpose without prior and express written authorization.

The trademarks, logos and service marks displayed in the app are registered trademarks of HEXA LUMEN LTDA. Nothing in these Terms of Use grants you any right to use any registered trademark, logo or service mark.

7. GROUPS AND COMMUNITIES

7.1. Group Creation and Administration

Users can create and administer prayer groups. By creating a group, you agree to:

• Moderate group content and members according to these terms
• Not use the group for unauthorized commercial purposes
• Respect the platform's general conduct rules
• Respond to In My Pray requests related to the group

7.2. Group Participation

By participating in groups, you agree to respect the group's specific rules and administrators' guidelines, in addition to these Terms of Use.

8. PRIVACY AND PERSONAL DATA

The processing of your personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is an integral part of these Terms of Use.

By using our services, you consent to the collection, use and sharing of information as described in the Privacy Policy.

We are committed to protecting your personal data in compliance with the General Data Protection Law (LGPD) and other applicable legislation.

9. DONATIONS AND FINANCIAL SUPPORT

In My Pray is maintained by voluntary donations from its users and supporters.

Donations are:

• Completely voluntary and not mandatory
• Non-refundable
• Do not confer special benefits or privileged access
• Intended for platform maintenance and improvement

We will issue receipts for tax purposes when applicable and requested.

10. DISCLAIMERS AND LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY

10.1. Nature of Service

The In My Pray app is a service of HEXA LUMEN LTDA, of a commercial nature. It is a private initiative with purpose, which, even being a for-profit business, allocates up to 10% of its profits to social projects and support for social and religious works of the Church.

The In My Pray app is an instrument of evangelization and complementary support to the catechetical journey, helping to carry forward the message of our Lord Jesus Christ, the only Savior and Redeemer.

The In My Pray app does not replace participation in Holy Mass, nor does it exempt the faithful from the commitment to live faith in community and put their gifts at the service of the Kingdom of God. The In My Pray app was born in the Roman Catholic Apostolic Church and welcomes everyone, without distinction, just as Jesus Christ welcomed each person with love and mercy.

10.3. Third-Party Content

The app may contain links to third-party websites, resources or content. We do not endorse or assume responsibility for any content, privacy policy or practices of third parties.

11. INDEMNIFICATION

You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless HEXA LUMEN LTDA, its directors, employees, partners and affiliates from any claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs or debts, and expenses (including attorney fees) arising from:

• Your use and access to In My Pray
• Violation of these Terms of Use
• Violation of third-party rights, including intellectual property rights
• Any content you publish on the platform

12. TERMINATION

12.1. By You

You can close your account at any time through the app settings or by contacting us.

12.2. By Us

We may suspend or terminate your account immediately, without prior notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms of Use or if your behavior is harmful to other users or the platform.

We may also terminate or suspend access to the service for any reason, with reasonable prior notice when possible.

12.3. Effects of Termination

After closing your account:

• You will lose access to content and features
• We may retain information as required by law or for legitimate purposes
• Some provisions of these terms will remain valid

13. MODIFICATIONS TO TERMS

We may modify these Terms of Use at any time. When we make significant changes, we will notify you through the app, email or other reasonable means.

Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. If you do not agree with the modifications, you must stop using the service and close your account.

The most recent version of these Terms of Use will always be available in the app and on our website.

14. GENERAL PROVISIONS

14.1. Entire Agreement

These Terms of Use, together with the Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and In My Pray and replace all previous agreements.

14.2. Independence of Clauses

If any provision of these terms is considered invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.

14.3. Waiver

Failure to exercise or enforce any right or provision of these terms does not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.

14.4. Assignment

You may not assign or transfer these Terms of Use, by law or otherwise, without our prior written consent. Any attempt to assign without consent will be null.

15. APPLICABLE LAW AND JURISDICTION

These Terms of Use will be governed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Federative Republic of Brazil, without considering conflicts of legal provisions.

Any dispute arising from these terms or related to the use of In My Pray will be resolved exclusively in the competent courts of the district of Sorocaba - SP, waiving any other, no matter how privileged.
